What is it?

The FORCE500™ System is an advanced clean agent fire suppression solution. It uses FK-5-1-12 fluid pressurized to 500 psi (34.5 bar), offering high performance with reduced installation costs and complexity.

Key Innovations

  • High-Pressure Efficiency – Supports longer pipe runs and smaller pipe sizes
  • Reduced Agent Usage – Fewer and smaller cylinders needed per system
  • Cost-Saving Design – Compatible with low-pressure welded cylinders and Schedule 40 piping
  • Integrated Monitoring – Includes pressure switch, gauge, and gauge guard for reliable system checks

500 PSI Efficiency

  • Uses less clean agent for the same protection
  • Requires smaller and/or fewer cylinders
  • Expands coverage area with a single nozzle
  • Ideal for retrofitting Halon and HFC systems
  • Supports efficient and flexible piping networks

Retrofit Capability

Fire Cease Technologies Systems offer a seamless retrofit solution for existing Halon systems through a one-to-one cylinder and nozzle replacement.
This approach involves minimal cylinder footprint expansion while enabling longer pipe runs and reduced nozzle pressure—ultimately lowering overall project costs.

Note: All Halon retrofit systems must be installed in compliance with applicable approvals and listings, including NFPA, ISO, and ECAL standards.

Smaller / Fewer Cylinders

The higher flow rate of the FORCE500 system supports enhanced piping configurations. Unlike traditional 360 psi systems—which require at least 5% additional agent in subfloor areas due to pressure limitations—FORCE500 eliminates the need for extra agent, reducing overall system size and cost.

Improved Pipe Networks

FORCE500 allows for longer pipe runs between cylinders and nozzles, as well as greater distances between nozzles. This supports complex layouts using smaller pipe diameters, offering greater flexibility in design and installation.

Total agent used.

Reduced Agent Requirement

With FORCE500’s higher flow capacity, there’s no need to overcompensate with additional clean agent in extended zones like subfloors. This results in more efficient use of agent and reduces system footprint.
